PWT’s Membrane Forensics’ technicians use specially machined cells to test the individual performance characteristics of flat-sheet membrane "coupon" samples using standard RO membrane test conditions. Also known as cell testing, this testing is useful in optimizing membrane cleaning procedures and improving membrane performance and verifying specific flux rates when compared to the membrane manufacturers’ specifications.
